When you reach out through our Rights or Trade contacts, submit a title, or enquire about a partnership, we collect what you give us — name, organisation, territory, email, phone/WhatsApp — to respond and route you to the right desk. When you submit a rights or trade enquiry we also create a simple account for you from your email address, so you can sign in (by emailed link) and follow the status of your enquiries.
GDPR & EU/UK Compliance
For rights holders, publishers, and partners based in the European Union or United Kingdom, AGP processes personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR.
3. Who We Share It With
We don't sell personal information. We share it only when: routing your enquiry to a relevant partner publisher or rights holder, using service providers who help run our site or process orders (bound to use it solely for that), or where the law requires it.
4. Security
We take reasonable, standard measures to protect your information, though no online system can be guaranteed fully secure.
5. Third-Party Links
Our catalogue and partner pages may link to other publishers' or organisations' sites. Their privacy practices are their own — we're not responsible for them.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at publishing professionals and trade partners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we'll delete it. Contact us if you believe this has happened.
